As a new customer I placed a decent order into MF which I paid for, unfortunately my card was declined! Why I do not know as there are always funds in there, MF emailed me to say the order was cancelled and did so 2 days later in my junk folder, when having a further conversation with MF they stated they would not honour the order. Having had my own business I found this alarming that this was their customer service ! (Wonder if the CEO knows this?)
