Ordered a £100 hamper on 11th June for delivery 15th June
Recieved a notification the hamper was despatched on 14th June
It never arrived
I chased via email three times because there are no tel numbers
Still no delivery on 16th or 17th
I chased again via online complaints and was told the delivery partner had now destroyed my hamper
No offer of compensation for inconvenience and hardly and apology at all
I did get a refund but it screwed up my weekend
