“My first order & it was very disappointing. The main part of my order didn’t arrive, the refund said it was out of stock yet it was in stock when I ordered & still showing as in stock when my order was dispatched, & when it arrived. So I won’t be ordering again.”

“I have been using MuscleFood since 2016 and was always very impressed with the quality of food, price, delivery and overall customer service. However recently I feel that this is not the case. My last order never arrived and there was no communication to let me know what was happening. I had to chase this up to be told that the order would be resent and I was guaranteed delivery 2 days later. 2 days later and no delivery and no communication! I have been left so disappointed and now looking for a new meat company”

“I didn’t receive my meal order (Goals Plan order number 32073, DPD - 1550 5745 429 099 G), but after raising the issue, Bethany was extremely helpful in resolving it. She made the entire process smooth and easy, ensuring everything was sorted quickly. Thanks to her excellent support, I’m happy to say I’m now receiving my food today, Friday, 27th September 2024. Great customer service!”

“Portion size good, taste good, delivery good, packaging good, cost good. If you dont have alot of time to prep and cook then give this a shot. I liked it, if U don't then you don't need to get again but I would definitely recommend atleast giving it a try.”

“Received order half of it missing. Had to go onto chat because no phone number. Agent on chat was no help at all and rude. Finally got email to say my order was missing half of the products. Rest of order sent out with items still missing so had to refund me. Totally stressed me out would never use again!!!!”
