“They dont seem to provide enough calories ina cost effective way for someone who is larger trying to put themseles ina reasonable deficit. The other issue i have is that is hard to create a plan with high enough protien content without massive carb levels too which is not good for someone trying to increase their insulin sensitivity”

“The food is great but have to complain about DPD I got it delivered to my work address but the driver didn’t drop it off till 6:35 at the wrong address and left out side a random business. The annoying thing was he had passes any work 2 times in the day on the app so I had to come back to work to play hunt the parcel. The driver didn't even post the slip thought my work door so how was I meant to find it..”

“Waste of money. Chicken thighs were all fat - By the time we trimmed them there was nothing left. The 2 Fillet steaks at £14 were tail fillets - Total con !”

“The meat quality is excellent and isn't pumped full of water. The only negative is DPD don't bring it to my door or inform me they have delivered and leave it in my buildings foyer. Not great as I live in a block of flats.once the meat was warm and box soaked.”

“I used to order from musclefood a few years back, I then went vegan, and now because of health reasons I'm back to carnivory. I was buying store bought chicken breasts but wanted better quality meat and the hope their livestock are treated better than the ones we get in stores. Alas, musclefood has let me down on one point. If anything, their chicken breasts are worse than store bought chicken. The texture is awful, the only good thing about buying chicken from this company is sheer convenience. I also bought bacon, which claims to be fatless. Not so. Might as well buy that from store also and cut it myself. What happened? Did your company grow too large and you had to buy less than adequate poultry to keep up with demand?”

“I have just started to order from this site and very pleased with what I received . I eat high protein diet mostly so lots to choose from on this site and the snack bars which come in different flavours salted caramel ,cookie or chocolate and orange are delicious and very filling , the crisps also are great so I will be using this site regularly . My friend introduced me to this site and so glad she did . Thank you”
