First time purchasing from MF. The website is very busy and I found it took me longer to place an order as I wanted to check every section to make sure I had not missed anything. Some items were out of stock which was a bit disappointing. I also would have liked to have seen turkey burgers available. Package arrived today, non meat items were kept outside the cool bag so were nice and dry. I ordered 3 pizzas which were in the cool bag so the boxes were wet and soggy - these should have been wrapped separately to prevent this. I am pleased with the appearance of the meat that I ordered despite having not cooked anything yet. There is a lot of packaging, not only the box, cool bag, ice bags and the meat packaging does take up extra room in my freezer unlike from butchers or farm shop. Other than that I think I will likely give it another try, but would likely wait until offers were on.
