High quality meats provided and good variety. I have tried the build your own box where I love selecting what meats I want in each delivery. I have also tried the prepped meal pots and meal kits in the weight loss plan which made life very easy and would definitely use it again. Only thing I would say is there is a lot of packaging and rubbish involved. It could be more environmentally friendly.
