Items are shown as available on the ordering system despite not being available. Instead of waiting for the items to be delivered, you could contact people or provide a replacement if prepated meals aren't in stock. Every time an order is missing something you email the day of delivery despite having three days to prep the parcel. Could be more proactive. As for the response, it's alwaya the same statement no matter how much they've not completed an order. Be proactive in contacting customers to agree alternatives is the point
