For the first time in 5 years of using MF there was an issue with split packaging, largely due to the clumsy DPD driver. I messaged the MF facebook team and they responded immediately, they asked me to confirm details and then they kindly added a ?20 voucher to my account to compensate me. I have to say they exceeded all expectations and their customer service is absolutely on point.
