Was very pleased with the contents of my delivery and the speed in which it came, HOWEVER the state of the parcel and where the delivery was left leaves a lot yo be desired!! I had given DPD instructions for leaving the parcel but they totally ignored that and left it on the front step for all to see. I also felt that the package could have been sealed a lot better, as the box was open, luckily nothing was missing. It doesn't bode well for a very first delivery!! Take note Muscle Food.
