I tried muscle food through Herons Food and quite enjoyed, so prompt me to order a box. Delivery was quick and liked the reusable freezer bags. All the food I've tried so far have been great, especially enjoy the pizzas (wouldn't think they were under 500kcals). Overall had a good experience with my first purchase and will potentially me looking into their weight loss meal plans in the future.
