Food is good, and I like that you get can get meal kits for 1 person Downside: calories listed do not include "extras" which is oil for most recipes Many of the recipes tell you to use half of something. This makes sense for vegetables, but why are you telling me to use half the pesto packet, or half the puree? And there is no calorie listing for these individual items so I couldn't track them if they were used for something else. Also many recipes include a large rice packet and say to use half. If I had the willpower to only eat half of anything I would not be purchasing a calorie controlled meal plan.
