We are regular customers of musclefood, have been for years and have always been very happy with the service/value for money. However, this time we purchased our order it didn't arrive due to a courier issue, which is no fault of musclefood but we had to chase it up which took multiple days to hear back. Meaning there were days where we had no idea what was going on, we hadn't received our order and I still hadnt received a refund. When we finally got a response we were told that the courier had to dispose if our order due to damages and they would offer us a refund (days after the original delivery date), so we opted for a new delivery. Eventually after getting our delivery 8 days after the original date, we were upset to see that everything was simply thrown into 1 box, the cans of juice were severly damaged, dented and deformed, 2 of the cooling bags had burst and leaked all over the rest of the contents of the box, which required cleaning each individual item, and one of the packets of chicken meatballs were ripped open. The bottom of the box was also falling apart due to the moisture of the cooling packs, making it very difficult to carry inside. I cannot fault the quality of the food however, musclefood has always been our family's go to for meat due to the value for money and the quality of the food. We were just disappointed with the delivery and lack of communication when the initial order seemed to have vanished. We will be using musclefood again, hoping this was just a one off
