Oh my word what fantastic quality! Everything has really clear instructions, the meat is packaged seperately so you can freeze until ready to use, the veggies are so fresh! Chicken breast are huge, thinnk the chickens must have been muscle building cos they are definitely huge. Nothing is skimped on, meals are a great size portion too. Very pleasantly surprised and would reccomend.
