I love muscle food, it?s worth every penny. Easy to prepare (recipe kits), easy pre prepped meals so that after a long day of work I don?t cave and have sweet things, just throw a tub in the microwave and jobs done. The food is tasty as well and full of goodness. Also, the meat for the recipe kits has to be the best Iv had!!! Definitely ordering again.
