4 stars instead of 5 because on the day of delivery I was informed the gammon steaks were out of stock and I would be refunded (couldn?t buy an ice cream for the refunded amount) I would have preferred to know before it was out for delivery in case I wanted to change my order to something else or an offer of substitution would also have been nice. This is my 6th delivery and never had an issue before hence not given a lower rating.
