The meats are always packed with care and arrive well chilled enough for you to freeze. The company keeps you informed well a head of time as to delivery. The delivery provider gives you a time when you can expect your order and information for you to send them a place to leave your parcel if you are out. The chicken burgers were the best I have ever tasted, all the products are perfect...especially the steaks.
