The rump is amazing, Grass fed and finished, excellent. My disappointment was the Chicken Breasts as there was a couple of blood spots and some bits to cut out, but 80% less waste than if bought elsewhere. So only disappointed because Muscle Food state no blood spots. Excellent value and Quality, I will purchase again.
