Solid service and delivery. Have bought from Muscle Food twice (once for a colleague and once for myself), both times the hampers have been delivered as stated. The chilled delivery box holds good quality meat that goes for a decent number of meals. And the extras that were in the box, alone, are worth the price. As a personal trainer I can't say much more for the standard of food and service.
