not to happy that the site does not have a live telephone link for when you have issues, the company DPD where responsible for the issues with the non- delivery, the delivery was due on the 28th of Nov and never materialised and received a text in the evening to say that the order would be delivered the following day the 29th, and again that evening to receive a text to say that the order had been destroyed, and to contact Muscle foods, this had meant that i had stayed at home for two days awaiting a delivery that never materialised, i tried on numerous occasions to contact the company on the 30th until 31st with no luck until the i received a Facebook message on the 1st December stating that the delivery company were to blame and that the order would be replaced, this was a little inconvenient as i had arranged a family get together in which this order was the main event, if there was a live phone number available for these type of issues this situation could have been dealt far quicker, I also found it hard to believe that the muscle foods did not have the details of my order, when they had all my details and where using these to create and send the delivery using these details, surely the company keeps details of all orders and expected dates of delivery.
