Muscle food was initially a really good service. Unfortunately it has rapidly declined in the last year.
The meal kits shipped with fresh ingredients have disappeared from the menu, replaced with all frozen ready meals.
Order picking also seems to have gone down hill, most of my recent orders had items missing. Finally the customer service is virtually non existent with no contact via telephone and just a web bot that says “leave a message”
