Have used these for a couple of years but they have changed the website so you are no longer able to manage your account. I emailed before the cut off time to cancel an order that was due but they emailed me the next day confirming my order and took the money from my bank!
Sorted eventually but I have cancelled my account. Apparently prepped pots is the new, but same (!!!) company so will try them.
