WOW.. bought a meat hamper for my very first order. the chicken breast are fab, they are not pumped with water so dont shrink.. the extra lean steak mince is not mushy, homemade burgers kept their shape, again no shrinkage. turkey thigh mince is full of flavour, yet to try chicken sausages, pulled pork.
As a nutrition coach, i can be sure im hitting mydaily protein targets.
