Consistently high quality chicken breasts and larger than I would usually be able to buy from my local supermarket. They come really well packed and are kept cool by frozen gel packs which keep them at a safe temperature for a long time so you don't have to unpack them straight away. I only mention that because sometimes they've arrived when I'm working and I can't take the time off to unpack the box and repack them individually to go in the freezer, so I know that leaving them for an afternoon is absolutely fine. You can then refreeze and reuse the gel packs if you like for picnics etc. A bonus is that the boxes they come in are so strong that I haven't had to buy a storage box since getting my Muscle Food deliveries.
