The quality and value of the food available is great however out of 3 orders I have placed only one has arrived on the arranged day. Twice the delivery has not arrived and I have been told that there was an issue with the delivery and could no longer be delivered. Each time muscle food have offered me either a refund or to arrange another delivery but it has left me feeling that they are unreliable. As this has happened twice I would have expected at least a gesture of goodwill such as a discount on my next order but nothing.
