Arranged and paid for order to be delivered a week later, order was out so long driver deemed it unusable so rejected the order on my behalf (which I never found out till I tried to chase up the order) I contacted musclefood the next day asking why parcel had been returned, new order was sent to arrive 4 days later and not even a sausage as compensation for having no order for 4 days or my inconvenience having to contact them!! Not the best customer service, but the food was nice! I used them for years and then got a bad order and their customer service was practically null and void, so changed to meatsupermarket and have never had an issue with them at all, they are amazing, but fancied a change, needless to say it’ll be short lived! The customer service has definitely improved from my last encounter, but you’d think they would have sent a wee something extra for the inconvenience caused 🤷🏼‍♀️
