Previously, I have had a good service, but on this occasion I feel I have been let down. My order arrived in a box that was soaking wet on one corner, with meat juices leaking all over everything. I couldn't really tell which package was leaking as they were all dripping wet inside the bag. I used the contact form on the website to ask what I should do about it and did not receive a reply. I was not comfortable eating meat that was not sealed properly and felt the leaked meat juices made the other packets unsanitary to handle, so I was forced to dispose of it. This has left me out of pocket and very unlikely to use musclefood again in the future. I have also warned my friends and family against musclefood in case the same thing happens to them
