food was good, delivery was awful. Bacon medallions where good and smoky, and the flavour of the meat is defo better than supermarket meat. I wish some of the meat options like the beef were under 5% fat. Delivery was awful. I was in all day and no one buzzed, nothing, they simply left the food at the entrance of the building, essentially in the street, I only got an email saying that it had been delivered with a picture of it. I paid 5.99£ to get food left in a cardboard box in the rain. Because I was working (and expecting someone to buzz), I only saw the email 2 hours later. So food was left at ambient temperature for 2h (probably 15c) being rained on. The box was a mess when i picked it up, and the fact that they left it on the street when the only thing needed was to buzz the flat number is appaling to me. I live on the 1st floor, not on a 10 storey building. Terrible work ethic and defo too expensive of a delivery rate for the quality of the service provided.
