Spent a whole Saturday waiting for a delivery that did not come. After reaching out to customer service, all that I was given was an explanation about they payment system having a problem and that my order had been cancelled.
The money, however, had been taken from my account and I was not notified about the cancellation.
Deeply frustrated and also unsatisfied by the solution they proposed (wait for another delivery or a full refund).
Will never buy from this company again.
