Placed an order last week that had 3 mini hampers included for FREE. Order arrived but had quite a few things missing from the list of items.
I complained but got fobbed off by telling me that the items was included...even AFTER I showed them proof! Since then I haven't heard from them
Being a customer for a few years now the customer service has got worse!
Go to your local butcher, it's worth the price for customer service alone!
