Customer service is appalling, I am missing 3 hampers from my delivery and you are refusing to help and keep sending me the same message over and over worded differently, with no offer of help at all, I have ms I have not lost my mind. I contacted as soon as it was unpacked and put in my freezer and split, so no question about what was missing, you need to take responsibility
