I bought the two weeks worth of muscle food ready meals. I found the quality and the taste of them to be very poor. The chicken was dry when microwaved and the sauce was scant. The taste was not what I would have expected for the price I paid.
Slimming World and weight watchers meals are much better tasting.
Very disappointing.
