Used to be good and reliable, but 4 of my last 5 orders have been a real trial with stuff being delivered on wrong day, being delivered to wrong address and left outside (this is fresh meat).
Final straw was my last order was completely ignored and no answer from Customer Services.
Had enough and won't use again. Not worth the mental anguish and time required to sort problems.
