It's been 2 weeks since I complained about an order where the food had all spilt out out of the box. Although I have received an e-mail saying I would get compensation, it has all gone quiet and my chaser e-mails have fallen on deaf ears. I have since cancelled my recurring orders. There's no way I'm giving them any more money if they are going to send me damaged products and not compensate.
