I purchased a bundle box of chicken and steak, as it was a lot cheaper than the supermarket. I didn't receive my order and repeated attempts to resolve any issues were met with silence, which is a shame as I had been hoping to be a recurring customer due to the huge saving...
Regardless, I simply can't recommend this company and would actively advise people against using them.
I placed the order on the 19/02 for delivery on the 22/02. My order was placed on hold for fraud. Muscle food advised me they contacted me on the 23/02 to advise it was placed on hold by their fraud check and an email was sent to me to provide more information in order to release my order - NOT ONLY was I not sent an email (I've searched my junk folder as well...) but even if I had of been this 'email' would still have been sent late as it was supposedly sent a day after my nominated delivery day - to add, I had waited in all day on the 22/02 as a result for no reason!
I have repeatedly requested the company sends me proof an email was sent on the 23rd and so that I can resolve the order and just keep being advised the email was sent, no proof or indication where this email was sent to or what information I can provide to resolve. Response from their customer service team is slow and sporadic, I received a response to my Trustpilot review immediately advising me to email with the prefix 'FAO Becka' this has been equally useless and replies are still slow if at all.
I've ended up opening a case via PayPal as I am worried to the extent this clearly untrustworthy company is messing me around.
