I have sent a query to you with photos I am asking for a full refund
It was all bundled together in a plastic bag a huge amount of produce in one bag and all the ice packs were at the bottom . When it was unpacked immediately the meat was warm at the top of the bag .
We were disappointed tremendously . The meat would be unsafe to use. It seems like a good service but no care was taken with our packaging so it made product not able to be used safely
We received a refund of two thirds of the amount an apology
