Recieved less than a third of our order. Tried contacting the email suggested with a list of the missing items. Completely understanding the troubled times we waited for a reply.
However after 10 days we finally recieved a response asking to list the items missing. Customer service obviously just copied and pasted the response without actually attempting to read it. Still no response when we relisted the items. Read on reviews the response by Becka to state 'FAO Becka' this is also pointless and a way for them to look like they are dealing with customers.
It's disappointing as we waited and were being patient but they couldn't even be bothered to deal with our email when it came to it.
