I ordered Muscle Food for beginning of April, I was really looking forward to the package as I'd ordered a brilliant deal for the money I thought. Anyways my parcel came & I was missing 13 items! I'd also recommended Muscle Food to my dad & he hadn't recieved 14 of his items (we'd ordered the same deal). So the only way you can contact Muscle Food is via a form on there website, so we both did this. They got back to my dad & sent him the missing items which is a good turn out. Me on the other hand was offered £28.50 refund, 3000 loyalty points or a £30 voucher code. I was annoyed as I wanted the missing items because that's what I paid for!!! Anyway after lots of emails between me & Muscle Food I'd decided to accept the £30 voucher code, and 10 days later they still haven't given it me. I've been dealing with this since the beginning of April & I'm mad & upset. Will never order from this company again!!!
