Always get my delivery on time but the quality can be hit-or-miss. Had a couple instances of bad chicken and then they offer discounts to apologise, but getting the discount code from them as promised is like blood from a stone.
The "hampers" they advertise as being free when you buy something else are a good (ish) deal, but I don't understand how they get away with pretending they're giving them away for free. Do the maths.
