We have been placing a monthly order for about 2 years now. The quality is fantastic and excellent value for money. We usually do a £75 box and pick out our favourites and occasionally we will pick a hamper so that we get to try new lines. The delivery process is easy and the delivery comes well packaged in a box. Inside the box the food is wrapped within a strong Sealed plastic bag with lots of ice packs to keep it all cool. Now sometimes this is unfortunately where muscle food let themselves down! The bag is not always sealed and the ice packs have all melted. This makes the box damp and with all the handling involved it can come open! This has happened a few times to us and in fact this months order was not delivered and when we contacted the courier they said the box had collapsed and our order was not fit for delivery! This problem could easily be solved by a bit more care in the packing department.
