We've been ordering our meat from MuscleFood for approximately two years. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Prompt delivery, and well packaged. Don't know about returns as never had to return anything. We've loved the range of deals on offer, and the packages available. We've saved ourselves a small fortune. However, money isn't as important as quality, because if I'm not going to enjoy eating it then it's not good value. We've always found their meat really good quality, particularly their beef products. I'm really fussy beef mince; if it's too fatty in not interested. I'm always surprised more people aren't signed up to it. We've tried to encourage our friends and family to sign up to it, but I think they think that maybe the first order will be OK, and then the quality tails of, and you then risk getting bombarded with offers. Two years on and we've never been dissatisfied with the offers, price, quality, and service.
