Very happy with all aspects. Ordering was easy, delivery was on time and order correct. The hampers we ordered were great and the prepared meals we had were tasty and even have me eating ingredients I hadn't tried before. All packaging was intact and labelled so that anyone could read what was inside. Full cooking instructions available online if you need them. Pricing is amazing and we'll worth it even just the 2.5 kg chicken ordered alone is better than any supermarket. I've not yet had to use the customer service or returns option but I'm sure they would be just as easy too.
