Great quality meat, hardly any fat and chicken doesn't shrink. We will continue to buy from them as it offers great value for money.
We received a meal prep item, and unfortunately the onion was rotten. Customer service replied within 30 min at 8pm, and we were offered a voucher for same value - they couldn't ship a new one which was fine. I was very impressed with their customer service as they handled it quickly and reassured me they would check up on their procedures.
