I ordered a Christmas hamper from muscle foods to be delivered on the 20th of December. I waited and waited past the time slot bu t i didn't receive my parcel. When i checked online yodel said it had been delivered and left in the porch. I checked outside, there was no parcel. I contacted yodel online to complain and told them i hadn't received the parcel i dont have a porch just a doorstep and asked what had happened to my meat hamper. To this day i have not received a reply from yodel i also wrote to place a complaint. I also contacted muscle foods they were very helpful and they returned my money for the hamper as it was too late to send another. I didn't receive it till the 24th so was rushing around getting Christmas Dinner sorted for 12 people as i had family coming. I can't comment on the meat but customer service is very good. Although muscle foods didn't get back to me with an explanation from yodel either as to what had happened to my hamper. I haven't used either company since asot spoilt Christmas for me with all the hassle caused by not receiving my hamper.
