After covid hit amid pay cuts and other difficulties musclefoods allowed me to reasonably meal plan for my family without compromising their diet. Having used them before when I was into weightlifting I’m impressed it’s got the versatility. Never having needed a return or refund I can’t speak to that but customer service have always been efficient and pleasant. Delivery has a tracker and has been good.
