£200 worth of food "somewhere" and the best response time they can give me is 4 days for a copy and pasted e-mail to then be told I'm only eligible for a 50% refund because the address was wrong (although it doesn't exist in my muscle food address book!)
Had support have been faster I have no doubt that I could have retrieved this food from the courier.
For someone who's spent 1000s with this company in the past, the decline has been clear to see, I'll never buy a thing or refer ever again. You can stick your 50% refund up "Ian" the guy that emails you every day's a**. Absolutely pathetic.
