There is no disabled access into the store which causes me problems as I am a wheelchair user..\nI have bought all my other 4 guitars from Sheans Music as they have disabled access so I am able to try before I buy.\nI understand that the staff are willing to help me in but this is unacceptable as I find this humiliating. \nOn my last visit I ordered and paid for guitar over the phone and the staff put the guitar in the car which was very kind.\n
