The guys at Music Junkie were extremely helpful as I was buying a particular item as a present for my boyfriend, as I am not musical in the slightest they gave me loads of advice. The particular product was a new item so there was a long wait for it being released/shipped by the manufacturer but Music Junkie kept me updated and let me know immediately the item came to their stock and reserved one for me, so I did not miss out, brilliant service!!
