Brilliant customer service, with musical experts at hand to talk and give first hand demos at all times. I would recommend to all guitarists as brands like gibson and fender are licensed there. However if there has to be a criticism, it would have to be that there is not a large section for percussion and drummers, which I think would be a good addition to the business.
