I bought the guitar for my son. Also bought a strap and a bag. The staff were very helpful but I was very disappointed with certain aspects of the purchase. The guitar was handed over in its naked state, if I hadn't bought a bag that would have been here it is goodbye. I am sure that is not the way they get delivered to the shop. I had nothing with the guitar at all. I would have expected a booklet or some information or guarantee paperwork but got absolutely nothing, just a guitar and card receipt. Very disappointing. ***
