The service was great. I spent hours trying guitars in the shop with no pressure to buy from staff. The guitar I wanted to try wasn't in stock and I was promised an email when they had a delivery... They emailed me and put a guitar "behind the bar" for me til I could visit. The in-shop advice was spot-on ... they even recommended a cheaper amp than the one I had in mind! A fantastic shop!
